Quad Bike Fun

I wouldn't say I was a show off. In fact I would say I am a quite unassuming man. I don't court attention, I don't like unannounced visitors and I absolutely detest my mobile ringing when I am 'in the middle of something'. In fact I don't really like it ringing at all.

What else could it be then? I am 47, happily married to a beautiful wife who somehow understands every odd little thing I do. I got over my mid-life crisis a few years ago. I am not completely bald

A Short Autumn Walk

I love my car: I was lucky to get it. But in this beautiful autumnal weather I occasionally regret no longer walking regularly from Cómpeta to Canillas de Albaida. It is only a straight road-side stroll, but at this time of year the walk was a vivid reminder of the beauty of the whole valley. Come with me, in your imagination, and you will see what I mean.

We leave Cómpeta, going down the hill past Mari-Toñi's flower shop (on the right) and the 'Knicker

The Grapevine goes Global.....

The Grapevine Magazine started as an inland publication for the villages of Archez, Competa, Canillas de Albaida and Sayalonga in the Axarquia region of Spain.

Due to the success of the magazine and the invaluable information  it provides, the magazine is now  distributed to further coastal and inland areas in the Axarquia such as Lake Vinuela, Torre del Mar, Torrox Pueblo and Costa to name just a few.

The Grapevine Website will continue to grow over the next few months replicating the success of the magazine so keep returning to this website to see the changes and new information.
